We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our expanding wealth management office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional client service, thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist financial advisors with meeting preparation and follow-up
• Prepare and process new account applications and related paperwork
• Provide outstanding client service by responding to client requests and inquiries
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support advisors and daily office operations
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
