Client Service Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. There are NO sales targets, this is a service job where client satisfaction is tracked.
• Understand client requirements related to any investment products across Equity, Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, bonds and follow company internal processes diligently to serve the client..
• Conduct regular client interactions to understand their needs, provide product information, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Stay updated with stock market trends, financial products, and industry developments.
• Coordinate for client meetings, seminars, and training programs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products to existing clients.
• Independently manage client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve client engagement, retention, and business growth.
• Ensures clients problems/ issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Provides advice and counsel to clients regarding trends and conditions of the business environment, capital markets and general credit trends.
• Participates in community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the business and brand within the regions marketplace.

• Experienced.
• Post-graduate in any stream.
• Should be a self-starter, proactive & result oriented.
• Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
• Must have good Convincing & Communication Skills.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
