Role

This is a full-time role for a Client Service Associate.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with the firm's three investment advisors to provide service and support to clients.
• Working with custodians to prepare new account applications and to manage account transfers.
• Assisting clients with account maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Managing the client meeting calendar.
• Assisting with the preparation of client reports.
• Various other operational tasks to support the firm and its clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills.
• One to two years of relevant experience.
