Client Service Associate

Our Tampa investment team is adding a Client Service Associate to support the conversations, documentation, and follow-up work behind strong client relationships. This is an opportunity for someone with commercial awareness, confidence around people, and a genuine interest in building a career within investment and financial services.

The role offers exposure to client onboarding, investment meetings, relationship management, and business operations. You will work directly with senior investment professionals while learning how client opportunities progress from an initial conversation through internal review and ongoing service.

Full-time, on-site in Tampa | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | $52,000–$60,000 per year

Where you will contribute

• Respond to prospective and existing client inquiries.
• Schedule meetings and confirm arrangements with attendees.
• Prepare approved materials and supporting documents for client discussions.
• Collect onboarding information and check documentation for completeness.
• Maintain accurate client notes, contact details, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Track outstanding requests and keep senior colleagues updated.
• Coordinate with investment, operations, compliance, and administrative teams.
• Direct technical investment questions to the appropriate authorized professional.

The Client Service Associate will not be expected to provide independent investment advice. The focus is communication, organization, relationship support, and ensuring that every client request reaches the correct person.

A degree in finance, economics, business, communications, or another relevant subject is welcomed but not required. We are equally interested in candidates who have developed strong communication, negotiation, administration, or relationship-building skills through other professional settings.
