Client Service Associate

Commonwealth Partners is hiring a Client Service Associate to support community outreach, relationship building, and in-person engagement in the Nashville area. This Client Service Associate position is designed for individuals looking to gain entry level experience in communication, sales, outreach, and professional development.

As a Client Service Associate you will work directly with community members while representing programs and initiatives focused on education, healthcare access, social empowerment, and community support. The Client Service Associate will help introduce people to available programs, answer questions, build relationships, and create positive connections within the community.

This Client Service Associate opportunity provides hands-on experience for candidates who are motivated to learn and develop. Previous entry level experience is not required, and the Client Service Associate will receive training on communication, outreach, relationship building, and daily responsibilities.

Client Service Associate Responsibilities

• Represent community programs through professional, in-person communication
• Speak with community members and provide clear information about available programs
• Build relationships through positive and professional interactions
• Support outreach initiatives designed to increase community awareness and participation
• Assist the Client Service Associate team with daily outreach and engagement goals
• Participate in community events, promotional activities, and outreach initiatives

• Maintain a professional and approachable presence while representing community initiatives
