What You'll Do

As a Client Services Associate, you'll play an important role in creating positive community interactions and supporting daily team goals.

• Connect with people: Meet community members face-to-face and build positive relationships.
• Provide helpful guidance: Answer questions and help people find the information or services they need.
• Represent our team: Create a welcoming, professional experience during every interaction.
• Manage your territory: Complete daily visits and maintain organized records of your activities.
• Work toward team goals: Collaborate with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Learn and develop: Strengthen your communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills through hands-on coaching.
