Client Service Associate – Wealth Management

Location: Gig Harbor, WA (downtown, near the waterfront)
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000–$73,000 per year, depending on experience

Konvex Wealth is an independent wealth management firm in downtown Gig Harbor. We help families and small business owners make sense of their finances and plan for every stage of life with clarity and confidence.

We believe financial planning is about more than numbers. It’s about the people behind them. We’re looking for a Client Service Associate with a financial services background, ideally in wealth management, who wants to build a long-term career with a growing firm.

What you’ll do

• Be a trusted point of contact for clients on account questions and requests
• Process account openings, transfers, contributions, distributions, and beneficiary updates
• Prepare and coordinate paperwork with custodians and investment companies
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and systems
• Support our advisors with meeting prep, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations
• Follow every request through from start to finish

What you bring (required)

• At least 1 year of experience in a financial setting, such as banking, credit unions, brokerage, wealth management, insurance, accounting, or financial planning
• Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with accuracy and discretion
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
• Close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems

Preferred (but not required)

• Wealth management, RIA, or brokerage experience, especially account opening, money movement, and client onboarding
• Experience with custodians such as Schwab or Fidelity
• Familiarity with financial CRMs (Wealthbox, Redtail, Salesforce)
• Licenses (SIE, Series 7/66, Life & Health), or interest in pursuing them
