Role Description The Client Service Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Seri Kembangan. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining services, and providing accurate information on roof leaking, gutter cleaning, and waterproofing solutions. The Consultant will coordinate appointments, prepare basic service quotations, and follow up with customers before and after work is completed to ensure satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls and messages, maintaining customer records, liaising with the technical team to schedule jobs, and resolving service-related issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves supporting basic administrative duties and contributing to improvements in customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and client relationship skills, including the ability to listen actively, respond clearly, and manage expectations.
• Communication abilities in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages such as Malay and/or Chinese is an advantage.
• Basic administrative and coordination skills, including record keeping, scheduling, and follow-up management.
• Problem-solving and detail orientation, with the capacity to understand roofing and waterproofing service offerings sufficiently to advise customers.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with technical and operations teams.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or service-based industries is beneficial; experience in construction or home maintenance sectors is an added advantage.
• Ability to use common office software and communication tools; familiarity with customer databases or CRM systems is a plus.
• Minimum secondary school qualification; a diploma or higher in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
