Client Service Coordinator

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, including Sales, Delivery, Technical Support, and Project Management teams.
• Coordinate client onboarding activities and ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions.
• Monitor client requests, incidents, and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and service commitments.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, status reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, service reports, and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, support tickets, and service enhancements.
• Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and follow through until closure.
• Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, service performance, and account activities.

Location - Intial WFOffice later 3 months Hybrid, Need to work in CST timings(US hrs).
