Responsibilities

• Maintain organized office files, including digital spreadsheets and paper documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize team productivity.
• Support office management tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries promptly and courteously.

Experience

• Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is highly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy skills including data entry, document processing, and technical proficiency with office equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.

Pay: $24.92 - $29.96 per hour
