W Tax Group is a fast-growing national tax resolution firm headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. Our team of licensed tax attorneys and resolution specialists helps clients in all 50 states resolve their IRS and state tax problems. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a people-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding client experience.

About the Role

You'll be the friendly, reliable voice our clients count on. Working alongside our case managers and sales team, you'll keep clients informed, welcomed, and supported at every stage of their journey with us. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people, stays organized under pressure, and wants room to grow with a company on the rise.

What You'll Do

• Provide timely, proactive case updates to clients by phone, text, and email
• Make welcome calls to new clients at key milestones in the sales and onboarding process
• Follow up with clients on accounts receivable and collect outstanding payments in a professional, courteous manner
• Support case workers and salespeople by handling client communication so they can focus on resolving cases
• Keep accurate records of client contacts and payment follow-ups
• Assist with other client service tasks as the team grows

What We're Looking For

• Excellent people skills — warm, professional, and confident on the phone
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable discussing payments and collecting on receivables with tact
• Able to juggle multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service, collections, or office experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people through stressful situations

What We Offer

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience
• Consistent Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule (no nights or weekends)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
