Client Services Coordinator - Avenue 3PL

Location: Baldwin Park, CA (on-site at our warehouse)

Schedule: [Full-time / 8AM - 5PM]

Pay: $24-27/hr DOE

About us

Avenue 3PL is a third-party logistics warehouse in Baldwin Park, CA. We store, pick, pack and ship for e-commerce and consumer brands. Our clients trust us with their products and their customers, so the details matter.

The role

You will own the day-to-day relationship with our clients and run their orders from start to finish. That means answering questions, entering and double-checking orders, catching problems before the client ever sees them, and making sure what leaves the building matches what the client expects.

What you'll do

• Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients, mostly over email
• Enter, review and track client orders; catch errors before they ship
• Spot inventory or order issues early and follow them through to done
• Pull simple reports and flag it when the numbers look off
• Work with the warehouse team to keep client promises realistic - and kept

• Warm, professional and genuinely good with people - the kind of service a great barista gives on a slammed morning
• Detail-oriented: you're the one who catches the mistake everyone else missed
• Numbers-minded: comfortable in spreadsheets and curious about what the data says
• Clear, tight written communication - most client contact happens over email
• Calm under pressure, and you follow through without being chased

Experience

• Required: 1-2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role. Retail or hospitality leadership, account coordination, e-commerce ops and customer success all count.
• Logistics, 3PL or freight experience is a plus, not required. We can teach the logistics.
• Nice to have: Shopify or order-management tools, inventory exposure.
