What they need
Handle B2B client orders from enquiry to delivery coordinate with sales, production, logistics and accounts, provide timely order updates, resolve client queries maintain records ensure accurate order processing & build strong client relationships.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with 5–10 years of experience in client servicing, order processing, order management or sales coordination. Excellent communication. B2B Client handling experience preferred.
