• Managing Compliance of Branches of Retail Broking
• Managing CRM application
• Managing KYC and other modification
• Mapping of CTCL loging
• Opening/ Closure and Merger of accounts
• Managing Admin related activities at Branch level
• Managing Payouts
• Client handling
• Maintain MIS

Key Competencies:

• Depository certification
• Good command on MS excel and MS office
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Demat accounts and internal process.
• Customer-focused and problem solving.
