Job Summary

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Client Service Executives to handle calls, assist tenants and landlords, promote company services, and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from tenants, landlords, and prospective customers.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and provide information about company services.
• Promote property management services and convince potential customers.
• Build positive customer relationships through polite and empathetic communication.
• Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence in communicating with U.S.-based customers.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Real estate or U.S. customer support experience is an added advantage.
