Client Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client communication and day-to-day coordination under guidance.

• Help gather and document client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.

• Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables, and flag delays proactively.

• Coordinate with Creative, Production, Accounts, vendors, and clients on routine follow-ups.

• Support proposals, presentations, meetings, and site visits.

• Follow up consistently to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain accurate project records and support post-event feedback collection.

• Use AI tools and digital resources for concept development, research, presentations, and day-to-day work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
