Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Service Executive to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, track project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams (Web, SEO, and Support).
• Coordinate website updates, SEO activities, client approvals, and project deliverables.
• Manage client emails and WhatsApp queries within defined timelines.
• Convert client requests into tasks using ClickUp and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct client onboarding, introductory calls, and periodic review meetings.
• Understand client requirements, share updates, and resolve concerns efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of SEO processes and website project management.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business.
