Client Service Manager (Assistant Relationship Manager)(Bank)

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management Support: Partner directly with Senior Relationship Managers to deliver high-touch service, managing day-to-day client inquiries, account maintenance, and service requests.
• Transaction Execution: Facilitate client trade instructions (investments, FX, deposits, and transfers) accurately and in compliance with internal operational controls.
• Onboarding & KYC Compliance: Lead end-to-end client onboarding, periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and source-of-wealth verifications.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with back-office operations, compliance, risk, and credit teams to ensure swift resolution of operational issues and account requests.
• Portfolio & Credit Support: Assist in credit reviews, limit renewals, account documentation, and preparing portfolio presentation materials for client meetings.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an ARM, Client Service Manager, or Relationship Officer in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Commercial Banking.
• Licensing: HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and/or IIQE Papers 1, 3, 5 are preferred.
• Competencies: Strong knowledge of banking products, operational workflows, and HKMA regulatory standards for KYC/AML.
• Languages: Excellent command of English and Cantonese; fluent Mandarin is strongly preferred.
