Role & responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and enquiries.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand requirements.
• Maintain CRM and lead records.
• Coordinate proposals and presentations.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate internally with design, estimation and projects.
• Handle objections and commercial discussions.

Excellent listener and communicator with disciplined follow-up. Should focus on understanding client needs and building trust rather than aggressive selling.
