Client Service Manager

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
• Candidates with prior experience as Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager (from premium residential, office, or retail/ mall properties) are highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable leasing agreements and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, industry professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities, evaluate tenant requirements, and make informed leasing decisions.
• Familiar in handling fast-paced communications and working within a high-demand environment.
• Basic understanding of fit-out works: civil renovation, finishing, space layout, and compliance with basic safety regulations and experience in coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with building standards.
• Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).

• Combines client relations with administrative oversight, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and streamlining office operations.
