About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Service Manager to join a leading event company in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial discussion through event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for execution.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and stronger client relationships.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and professional approach.
• Experience in the events, advertising, media, wedding, or entertainment industry will be an advantage.
