About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized *Client Success Manager* to manage client accounts, ensure smooth project execution, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, monitor account progress, and ensure all client deliverables are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.

* Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

* Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending deliverables.

* Prepare meeting notes, reports, and action items.

* Identify account growth opportunities and communicate them to the Project Manager.

* Handle client queries and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams.

* Keep project trackers and documentation updated.

* Provide regular account updates and report progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, or a Digital Marketing Agency.

* Good understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.

* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

* Strong organizational and time management abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

* Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.

* Knowledge of Shopify and digital marketing workflows.

* Experience working with e-commerce brands is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
