Job Overview

You'll take ownership of our Client Services operation, initially managing customer orders and work-order coordination while developing the systems and procedures needed to support future growth.

As the department develops, you'll have the opportunity to hire, train, and lead additional personnel.

Duties

• Coordinate customer orders and ensure accurate, complete work orders.
• Improve communication between Sales, Design, Engineering, and Production.
• Develop procedures, checklists, and efficient workflows.
• Resolve problems before they cause production delays.
• Establish standards for customer service and project coordination.
• Build and eventually lead a successful Client Services team.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in customer service, project coordination, or operations management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business software, ERP, or order management systems.
• A talent for improving processes and creating order out of complexity.
• A hands-on attitude and the ambition to grow into a larger leadership role.

Manufacturing or sign industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Most importantly, we want someone who can think like a manager, work like a coordinator, and build systems like a business owner.
