Client Service Manager - Mortgages

Are you an experienced Client Service Manager, Loan Processor or Parabroker looking for your next opportunity within mortgage broking?

A growing mortgage broking business based in Christchurch is looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Service Manager to support the broker and help deliver an exceptional experience for clients throughout the lending process.

About the Role

As the Client Service Manager, you will play a key role in managing the loan process from application through to settlement. You will work closely with the broker, clients and lenders to ensure applications are progressing smoothly and all stakeholders are kept informed along the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing loan applications from submission through to settlement
• Preparing and lodging loan applications and supporting documentation
• Collecting and reviewing client information to ensure applications are accurate and complete
• Liaising with clients, lenders and other third parties throughout the application process
• Following up outstanding documents and application requirements
• Providing clients with regular updates and delivering a high level of customer service
• Managing lender conditions and ensuring requirements are completed in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate CRM, compliance and client records
• Assisting with post-settlement tasks and ongoing client communication
• Supporting the broker with day-to-day administration and workflow management

About You

Previous experience within mortgage broking, lending or loan processing is preferred. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple applications at various stages.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Client Service Manager, Loan Processor, Parabroker or similar
• Experience working within mortgage broking, banking or financial services
• A strong understanding of the home loan application process
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
