Client Service Manager - Mortgages

Are you an experienced Client Service Manager, Loan Processor or Parabroker looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity within mortgage broking?

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Service Manager to support a busy mortgage broking business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced broker and play an integral role in delivering a seamless experience for clients from application through to settlement.

About the Role

As the Client Service Manager, you will manage the loan process and provide essential support to the broker and their clients. You will be responsible for keeping applications moving, communicating with key stakeholders and ensuring every client receives a high level of service throughout their lending journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the loan process from initial application through to settlement
• Preparing and submitting loan applications and supporting documentation
• Liaising with clients to collect required information and documents
• Following up lenders, banks and other third parties throughout the application process
• Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring they are informed at every stage
• Reviewing applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Managing post-settlement tasks and ongoing client communication
• Maintaining accurate CRM and compliance records
• Supporting the broker with day-to-day administration and workflow management

About You

Previous experience in mortgage broking, lending or loan processing is preferred. You will have a strong understanding of the mortgage application process and be comfortable managing multiple applications at different stages.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Client Service Manager, Loan Processor, Parabroker or similar role
• Experience working within mortgage broking, banking or lending
• Strong knowledge of the home loan application process
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your workload
