The client service officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationship with client and ensuring that client needs , enquires, complaints are duly met and attended to promptly and professionally. Responsibilities:

• Attend to client enquiries, requests and complaints promptly
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are satisfactorily addressed.
• Co-ordinate with other departments to attend to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interaction and feedbacks
• Excellent sales records
• Cold calling and sending DMs
• Create new leads and clients

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
• Communication and convincing skills
• Active listening and empathy
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
