Client Service Officer

About the role

Pride Legal is a Bangkok law firm whose work is equality. Services include marriage registration in Thailand for two people of any gender and any nationality, and a visa service for people relocating to Thailand. As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and communications across multiple channels while supporting the legal team and coordinating logistics for client matters.

Key responsibilities

• Answer enquiries from clients by WhatsApp, email, website chat and phone in clear English
• Keep clients informed while their matter is open
• Pass legal questions to the lawyers
• Plan dates and book translators, witnesses and transport
• Look after clients at the office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the district office on the registration day
• Submit documents to the government.
• Check documents, prepare forms and take papers through legalization

About you

• Good spoken and written English
• Thai as a working language
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Organised and careful with details
• A service mind
• Chinese is a plus
