Client Service Officer (Plutosoft)

About the role

An experienced Client Service Officer to join a growing team and support Australian financial planning firms remotely from the Philippines. This is a strong opportunity for someone who already understands Australian financial advice workflows and wants to build a long-term career with a growing offshore support team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update client records in Plutosoft
• Assist with pre-review preparation, review packs and supporting documents
• Collect and organise client information, product statements, portfolio reports, insurance details and platform documents
• Support advisers and paraplanners with advice-related administration and workflow follow-ups
• Assist with implementation of SOAs and ROAs, including forms, platform instructions and provider follow-ups
• Maintain accurate file notes, tasks and client records
• Assist with client service agreements, review documents and ongoing service processes
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies or workflow issues and raise them early

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Australian financial planning businesses
• Strong working knowledge of Plutosoft is essential
• Experience across both pre-advice and post-advice administration
• Good understanding of Australian financial planning workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive, organised and comfortable asking questions when needed
• Experience with WealthCentral (highly regarded)
• Experience with platforms such as BT Panorama, HUB24, Netwealth, Macquarie, CFS, Colonial FirstChoice or similar (highly regarded)
