Client Service Rep

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable insurance agent with a strong background in autoplan and personal lines. The ideal candidate will be required to provide information to clients questions on home, Auto and the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their autoplan and personal lines insurance needs
• Provide quotes, explain policy coverage and benefits, and make recommendations based on the customer's unique situation
• Explain coverages to client with claims questions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in autoplan with experience in personal lines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem solve.
• Proficient in using broker management software, ICBC autoplan program, and MS Office
• Able to lead and be a resource person for the team.
