Client Service Rep

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and their pets. Duties include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, processing payments, managing medical records, communicating with the veterinary team, and assisting with client questions. CSRs help create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting the daily operations of the hospital and ensuring a positive client experience.
