Previous financial services experience is not required. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources you need to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you will work directly with clients and our team to provide a professional, helpful experience. Responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with clients by phone, virtually, and in person
• Building and maintaining professional client relationships
• Learning about financial services and helping clients better understand their options
• Supporting clients as they work toward their financial goals
• Following up with clients and providing responsive customer service
• Working with team members to coordinate client needs
• Participating in training and professional development
