Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. Are you who we are looking for?

The position on our roster is for a part-time or full-time Client Service Representative that can also assist our veterinary team when needed. We are open 7 days a week and the schedule does include evenings and weekends. Our CSRs are highly utilized and empowered to help us seek solutions in the lives of our patients and clients. You will have consistent client contact, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, providing education and utilizing a variety of other administrative skills.

We are seeking a warm, people-oriented person who feels personal reward by helping save animal lives and helping our clients extend the bond with their fur family members. We are a busy four doctor practice, and we pride ourselves in providing excellent veterinary care and exemplary client service. Our CSRs have many responsibilities and are the front line of our client and patient care; therefore, the skills outlined below are a must:

The successful candidate is professional and enjoys leveraging all their administrative and people skills in a supportive, challenging environment. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You excel at working collaboratively as a team. You must be able to multitask with phones, the computer, other communication methods while helping in-person clients. You believe in working hard and taking pride in what you do, being self-motivated and you enjoy a fast-paced environment. Where others see obstacles, you see opportunities. You find fulfillment and reward in seeing clients leave our clinic ecstatic with their service and patient care.

Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
