Client Service Representative

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, recruitment, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle client queries, concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Follow up regularly with clients and provide timely updates on ongoing requirements/projects.
• Ensure commitments and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, reports, and other client-related documents.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts.
• Track client requirements, service status, and pending actions.
• Maintain proper records of client communication and follow-ups.
• Collect client feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Support payment/invoice follow-ups wherever required.
• Conduct regular client meetings and review discussions.
• Achieve client satisfaction and contribute towards business growth and retention.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
