Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures at both clinic locations
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules
• Provide information about services, treatments, and clinic policies to clients
• Process payments and handle billing transactions accurately
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
• Support clinic team members with administrative tasks as needed
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software
• Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude
• Ability to work at both clinic locations as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional veterinary or medical office training is a plus
