Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative on our fast-paced team, you will serve the vital role of welcoming our clients and patients. You will coordinate front desk activities, gather information, and communicate with team members. A successful CSR is personable and genuinely enjoys interacting with many people each day, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out clients/patients
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email & text
• Schedule appointments
• Enter and access information in our medical records system
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Be available to work four 9-hour shifts between Monday and Friday, as well as alternating Saturday shifts

Skills

• Proven work experience as a CSR or similar role
• Ability to learn new computer software programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability of multi-tasking
• A positive, cheerful attitude
• An interest in learning, particularly about animal wellness care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
