Client Service Representative

Job Summary

Oak Harvest Financial Group is seeking a professional and client-focused Client Service Representative to support clients and the firm's financial services team. This position handles client inquiries, account-related requests, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day administrative support while maintaining a high standard of service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and service requests.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and client correspondence promptly.
• Schedule client meetings and maintain calendars.
• Assist with account paperwork, forms, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Coordinate with advisors and internal teams to resolve client requests.
• Follow established procedures for handling sensitive financial information.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative materials.
• Provide professional and courteous service during every client interaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Previous client service, financial services, banking, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with confidential client information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
