Client Service Representative

About the role

Client Service Representative to manage and grow relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on customer retention, contract renewals, account expansion, and driving cloud consumption growth. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and long-term account success. Technical implementation will be handled by the Technical Account Managers / pre-sales and Solutions teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive customer retention and contract renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account health and proactively manage customer engagement.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical Account Managers, Presales, Solutions Architect, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, renewals, or post-sales / customer success roles.
• Experience in Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, or B2B Technology industries is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of cloud consumption and billing models is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship management, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.
