Client Service Representative

Best Friends Animal Health Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate full-time Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team! We are a fast-growing, full-service, 3-doctor veterinary practice committed to providing exceptional medical care in a supportive and positive environment for both our patients and our staff.

The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and highly organized, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring each experience is positive and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

· Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

· Answering and directing multiple phone lines

· Scheduling and confirming appointments

· Processing client payments and managing invoices

· Maintaining accurate patient and client records

· Assisting with client communications, reminders, and follow-ups

· Coordinating with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

· Handling confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

· Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience required

· At least 1 year of veterinary or medical experience preferred

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Comfort with computers and veterinary practice software

· Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
