Client Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person to work with clients and build relationships to best serve their needs.

Responsibilities

• Build
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Plan building and data gathering.
• Assist with Client growth and booking appointments.
• Meeting or calling clients and gathering data to assist with building an adventure for the client.
• Maintain organized records of client meetings, correspondence, and administrative files
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries courteously and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with clerical duties including data entry, document filing, and maintaining office cleanliness

Experience

• Prior office or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Some proficiency with computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with bilingual capabilities as a plus
• Familiarity with calendar management, and time management techniques
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role that required professionalism, patience, and problem-solving abilities
