We’re hiring a Client Services Representative in Cincinnati who enjoys connecting with people and wants to build on that strength. Whether you’ve been helping shoppers, welcoming guests, serving customers, or handling inquiries, your ability to listen and respond thoughtfully can translate into great client service.

Picture your day here

You might start by welcoming a client for a meeting, checking appointment details, and making sure the right colleague knows they’ve arrived. Later, you could answer a service question, send an update, or follow up on a request that needs another team’s input.

Throughout the day, you’ll keep records accurate, coordinate appointments, and help clients understand what happens next. You’ll work closely with the client services team and office manager, building confidence in professional communication and everyday office systems.

Pay: $22.50 - $25.30 per hour
