What You'll Do

As one of the first people our clients meet, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they contact our hospital.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments for our busy multi-doctor practice
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Educate clients about hospital services and patient care
• Communicate with veterinarians and medical staff to coordinate patient care
• Help ensure every client and patient receives compassionate, efficient service

Full-Time

• Monday–Friday
• Various shifts available
• Every other Saturday
