Client Service Representative

Are you naturally approachable, confident speaking with different people and good at keeping track of the details others might miss? We are looking for a Client Service Representative who can create a professional client experience while supporting a busy business consulting team.

You will be one of the main points of contact for clients, helping with questions, appointments, account information and follow-ups. You will also work closely with consultants, analysts and the operations team to make sure requests reach the right person and clients remain informed.

How you will support clients

• Answer incoming calls, emails and general client enquiries
• Listen carefully and provide clear, accurate information
• Schedule consultations, meetings and follow-up calls
• Update client profiles, contact details and service records
• Record requests and track them through to completion
• Prepare documents and information for client meetings
• Communicate updates between clients, consultants and internal departments
• Enter notes and activity accurately into the CRM system
• Follow up on outstanding documents or agreed next steps
• Escalate complex questions to the appropriate colleague
• Maintain confidentiality when handling business and client information
• Help identify simple ways to improve the customer experience

The person who will do well here

You should enjoy helping people and feel comfortable communicating by phone, email and in person. Strong organization, basic computer skills and a professional approach are important, but a college degree is not required.

We are interested in someone who listens, follows through and takes ownership of each client request. You should also be willing to learn, accept feedback and work with several departments throughout the day.
