• Are you bilingual, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people? We are a growing, award-winning, multilingual Personal Lines Insurance Agency seeking a dedicated Bilingual Client Relations & Insurance Support Specialist to join our team.

This is not a sales position and not a collections role. Instead, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our clients and financial institutions, helping ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience.

• What You'll Do:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and financing institution inquiries
• Process payments through various insurance carrier platforms
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage companies, and financing institutions
• Draft professional emails, letters, and client communications
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other office applications throughout the day
• Support agency operations and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

✅ Fluent in English and Spanish OR English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

✅ Proficient in:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Word

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✅ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

✅ Ability to multitask and work independently

✅ Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn

✅ Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic

✅ Ability to pass a background check

✅ Professional references required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience working with clients, administrative support, or customer service is beneficial
