Client Service Representative

Job Summary:

Are you a people person? Does making others smile make you smile? We want you! We're looking to add a customer service representative to our growing family at Crossroads Animal Clinic 4 days a week. Receptionist experience preferred but we will train the right person! No weekends or nights required. Salary is based on experience and skill level within the listed range. Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
• Assist customers in navigating our online platform and resolving any technical issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management
• Handle end-of-day reports and deposits
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• An upbeat personality and ability to diffuse tense situations when necessary
• Knowledge of financial services or experience in a similar industry is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel and Word)
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
