Four 10 hour days: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (subject to change)

What You'll Do

Welcome clients warmly, providing a positive first impression
Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
Assist with check-ins and check-outs
Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
Provide clear, compassionate communication
Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

What You Bring

Experience in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
Comfortable multitasking in a busy, high-energy environment
Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
Ability to work well independently and on a team
Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented
