Client Service Representative - Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital Plymouth Meeting, PA | Full Time Schedule: Sunday 8a-8p, Monday 7a-7p, Tuesday 4p-8p, Thursday 6a-6p

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour

• Have professional experience working with animals — this is required. Examples include experience in a veterinary hospital, pet store, doggy daycare, grooming facility, kennel, animal shelter, zoo, or similar animal-care environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory/ leadership experience required
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
• Are confident handling questions, concerns, and emotional situations with patience and compassion
• Can stay organized and composed while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital
• Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to help
• Are dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Are comfortable discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and professionalism
• Veterinary, medical, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
