About the Role:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our veterinary team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting the medical team. YOU MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding, compassionate customer service to clients and their pets
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and coordinate surgical procedures
• Check clients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records
• Monitor daily schedule and help maintain smooth patient flow
• Take detailed messages for doctors regarding patient health concerns
• Process medication refill requests and assist with online pharmacy approvals
• Manage medical record requests with other hospitals and specialty practices
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Confirm appointments and conduct sick visit follow-ups
• Process payments accurately and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow direction from Team Leads

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
