Client Service Specialist

Client Services – Part-Time

Elite K-911 is looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Client Services position.

This position will begin at approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role. While the primary focus will be client services and office responsibilities, this position will also be cross-trained in our kennel and grooming salon to help support our team as needed.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and utilizing our scheduling software
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating our team members
• Communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Helping maintain an organized and professional office environment
• Cross-training in kennel operations and our grooming salon
• Assisting with animal care and handling as needed
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing business

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with both people and dogs. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important. Previous dog handling skills and experience are a plus.
