About the role

ABM is a family-run office technology company in Fort Wayne. We take care of businesses across the region, and we are hiring a Client Services Specialist to be the single point of contact our clients count on. This is a people-first, phone-and-relationship role. It is not sales, it is not technical repair, and it is not back-office data entry. It is being the friendly, dependable voice who makes sure clients are taken care of and nothing gets dropped.

What you would do

• Be the front door for clients by phone, email, and in person for everything outside of equipment sales, service repair, and billing.
• Take requests, questions, and complaints, route each one to the right team, and follow up to close the loop back with the client.
• Keep clients informed on the status of their service and deliveries.
• Handle customer supply requests from start to finish, and help new clients get set up to order on their own.
• Welcome and onboard new clients so they know what to expect from ABM.
• Help schedule and coordinate client business reviews.

The details

• Full time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
• In office in Fort Wayne.
• Pay range $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
