Client Service Specialist II

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist II to support commercial and corporate banking clients from our St. Petersburg, FL location. This Long-term Contract position focuses on delivering responsive, accurate service across deposit account onboarding, treasury-related support, and client issue resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong banking knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal partners to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through onboarding activities for deposit accounts and treasury services, helping ensure timely completion and a smooth service experience.

• Respond to client inquiries with urgency and accuracy, assessing needs carefully and taking appropriate action to resolve concerns.

• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain clear communication, align on next steps, and support consistent service delivery.

• Serve as a client advocate by connecting customers with specialized internal resources when more advanced support is required.

• Investigate service-related questions and follow through on research requests until a clear resolution is provided.

• Recognize opportunities to introduce relevant banking solutions and refer clients to appropriate business line partners.

• Maintain detailed records and correspondence using banking platforms, email, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

• Support day-to-day banking operations while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of banking experience in customer service, treasury management, or a related function.

• Strong understanding of bank products, operational procedures, and service policies within a commercial banking environment.

• Working knowledge of commercial and corporate deposit account types and treasury management offerings.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and banking or support platforms, including Salesforce.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional internal teams.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex assignments using sound judgment and analytical thinking.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and remain effective in a high-volume environment.

• Bachelor’s degree and experience supporting diverse commercial sectors such as commercial real estate, healthcare, government, or industrial clients are preferred.
